All transactions between our customers and us are governed by the following terms and conditions.
PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
Our website provides information about our products with images and descriptions as realistically and accurately as possible. However, product descriptions are not binding until the order is confirmed. If you have questions, please contact us before placing an order. All listed products are in stock unless otherwise stated.
Prices include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown separately before confirming the purchase.
An order is considered placed when the customer clicks the “PLACE ORDER” button. Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, the customer will receive a confirmation message. No items will be shipped until payment and customer data are verified.
PAYMENT
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, and Bizum. Cash on delivery is not available.
Credit/Debit Card: Secure payment through a bank gateway.
Bizum: Requires the customer to have an active Bizum account. Instructions and our mobile number will be provided.
Bank Transfer: Instructions and bank details will be displayed after order confirmation. Payment must be made within 7 business days. The customer must send proof of payment via email.
Bank details are not stored on the website.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship throughout Spain (including Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic and Canary Islands) and to Europe (check conditions for international shipping).
Deliveries in Spain are made by courier. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days after shipping. In case of delay, we will notify the customer. Delivery is considered complete when the customer receives the product.
RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to consumer protection law, customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the product. If there is damage or error attributable to us, we will cover the return or exchange costs, provided the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method within 7 business days.
DATA PROTECTION
Personal data provided during purchase will be processed by Vimeca Mecanitzats SL to manage the commercial relationship, billing, and related communications.
Processing is based on GDPR Article 6.1(b) (contract performance) and 6.1(c) (legal obligations). Data may be shared with tax authorities.
